The same goes for all of my images which I've put up here. They are exclusively my property and are not to be sold or commercially redistributed without my express permission.
That being said, I hereby give my permission for anyone to use my own photos in a noncommercial manner (i.e., as desktop backgrounds or screen savers, or on their own blogs for demonstrative purposes), but that's it. The text of this blog, as well, is also my express property. You can quote it (with attribution) but you can't plagiarize it. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
